Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery rate for The Store is £3.50 and orders will arrive within 2-4 days. Our current delivery partner is DHL and they provide a tracking number for each package through both email & text message. Orders for Canvas Experiences are £5 and will be shipped on the designated date detailed in the product page.
When it comes to packaging, we strive to be plastic-free across the entire package. Our products are often wrapped in tissue paper, kraft paper and we use the Flexi-Hex sleeves as much as possible to ensure your goods arrive safely (and look kinda cool whilst they're at it).
Due to the nature of sending bottles & glassware, sometimes they can break. We know how much this sucks and we take as much precaution as possible to avoid it. If something does arrive broken, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and details of your order and we will get that replaced asap.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the order is placed. Once this time has passed we are unfortunately unable to offer any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are also unable to accept a return for our Gift Cards.
To process a return, please email us at email@example.com with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we receive your return, we will inspect the goods to ensure they fit the description & conditions outlined in your email. We will also notify you that we have received your package and whether or not the refund is then approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange to receive the original product & arrange an exchange upon receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
